3. Account Registration & Verification

To access our Services, you must create an account and complete identity verification checks.

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Promptly update your details if they change
  • Comply with all KYC and AML/CTF verification requests

PesaTransfers may request additional information or documents at any time to comply with regulatory obligations, including AUSTRAC requirements.

We may suspend, delay, reject, or terminate transactions or accounts where:

  • Verification cannot be completed
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
  • Required compliance information is not provided
  • Legal or regulatory concerns arise

4. Fees & Exchange Rates

Transfer fees and exchange rates may vary depending on the destination country, transfer amount, payout method, and market conditions.

Before confirming a transaction, you will be shown:

  • The exchange rate
  • Applicable transfer fees
  • The estimated recipient payout amount

By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the fees and exchange rates displayed at the time of confirmation.

5. Transaction Processing

PesaTransfers aims to process transactions quickly and securely. However, transfer completion times may vary depending on:

  • Bank processing times
  • Compliance or security reviews
  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Third-party payout provider availability
  • Incorrect recipient information

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use PesaTransfers for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Transactions involving sanctioned individuals or countries
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Any activity that breaches Australian or international laws

We reserve the right to refuse, block, reverse, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

PesaTransfers works with banking partners, payment processors, identity verification providers, and payout partners to deliver our Services.

While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

  • Losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You breach this Agreement
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is identified
  • Required verification documents are not provided
  • We are required to do so by law or regulators

11. Changes to This Agreement

PesaTransfers may update this User Agreement periodically to reflect changes in law, regulations, operational requirements, or services.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
